By accessing and using SHINE Discovery ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SHINE Discovery is a marketplace platform that connects customers seeking specific items with verified businesses who can supply them. Customers submit requests and receive competitive offers from businesses.

3. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Users must be at least 18 years old.

4. Customer Terms

Customers can use the Service free of charge. Requests must be genuine and for legal items. SHINE Discovery does not guarantee that offers will be received for every request.

5. Business Terms

Businesses pay for priority access to customer requests based on their campaign settings. Access fees are non-refundable once an access grant is issued. Businesses must maintain accurate information and fulfil offers in good faith.

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Business access fees are charged when access grants are issued. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not submit fraudulent requests, provide misleading information, manipulate the matching system, harass other users, or use the Service for illegal purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

SHINE Discovery acts as an intermediary platform. We do not guarantee the quality, legality, or accuracy of offers or items. Transactions occur directly between customers and businesses.
